Board of DirectorsThe Board of Directors is a group of 7 elected homeowners. Elections take place at the Annual Meeting in June of each year.
The Board manages the affairs of the Rivercliff Estates Homeowners Association, setting a budget, arranging for maintenance, and handling other matters. The names of the homeowners on the current Board will be listed in the roster, which is distributed directly to residents. If you have a need to communicate with someone on the Board, you can use the Contact page. Residents are also welcome to come to the regular Board Meetings, which are held in the Clubhouse on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. |
Maintenance & LandscapeTo make a request for maintenance, please follow the procedure below.
When immediate action is required, call a board member. The telephone numbers of the board members are listed in the roster. (Start with Project Manager, and if this person cannot be reached, try other board members.) If you see something dangerous like a downed power line, call the appropriate emergency responder, such as the power company! |
HOA FeeThe homeowners association fee at Rivercliff Estates is due on the first day of each month.
There are 2 ways to pay the fee: 1. Send the payment in an envelope by US mail to the following address: Rivercliff Estates Homeowners Association PO Box 20426 Portland, OR 97294-0426 Your bank may have an online payment option that will send a check to the above address. 2. Carry the payment to the following address and drop it into the provided lock box (pictured above). 3011 NE 149th St |
GroundsThe grounds are maintained by a professional landscaping service. The work is currently scheduled to take place every Friday.

PoolThe pool is open from the Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

ClubhouseThe Clubhouse is a large building suitable for meetings and parties. It is located next to the pool.
The Clubhouse is furnished with a kitchen, dining area, lounge, and recreation room. The recreation room has 2 pool tables and a ping-pong table. Folding chairs and tables are available for use. Residents can reserve the Clubhouse for a private event such as a party. A security deposit will be required. Contact the Board member currently managing the Clubhouse. This should be shown in the roster. Or use the Contact page to have a message forwarded to the Board member. |
Garbage/RecyclingGarbage and recycling collection is done on Monday.
All containers must be out by 6:00 a.m. on collection day to ensure pickup. The containers may be placed outside after 6:00 pm on Sunday. They must be kept inside garages at all other times. Each resident is allowed one can or sturdy plastic bag for household garbage, one bin for recyclable trash (paper, plastic, metal) and one container for glass. Residents are responsible for any additional costs assessed by the collector for excess garbage and glass. Heiberg Garbage & Recycling, 503-794-8212, is our garbage service. Please contact them directly for more information regarding any recycling questions or missed pickups. |
